Lloyd Ruffle

  

Lloyd is a seasoned professional with 23 years of experience in the convenience store industry. Starting from the ground up as a cashier, he steadily advanced to the role of category manager, honing his skills and insights along the way.


In 2018, Lloyd made a bold career move, transitioning into Pricing and Rebate Management. This shift proved to be a pivotal moment, propelling him into roles of increasing responsibility and influence. He led a team of analysts at 7-Eleven, managed revenue at Keurig Dr Pepper, and currently serves in a revenue management role at Tyson Foods.


Lloyd is a passionate advocate for the power of a well-crafted strategy. He firmly believes that such a strategy is not just a tool for growth but a means to differentiate a company from its competitors. According to Lloyd, companies that embrace a strategic approach will experience accelerated growth, setting them apart in the marketplace
